At Eagle Montessori Teaching Academy, our mission is to prepare adults for the transformative process of becoming Montessori educators who are culturally sensitive, creative, responsive to the needs of children and families, and passionate about the Montessori method and its implementation.

- Active Participation: we value student participation as a means to in-depth comprehension through class participation, written assignments and assessments, curriculum albums, practice with materials, and practical evaluations
- The Journey, Not the Destination: Montessori believed that the process of learning was more beneficial than the end product. We encourage an atmosphere of positive collaboration, guidance, feedback, and objective evaluation.
